I know that you have already gotten this recommendation, but we use Dr. Singer and he is GREAT!!! Obviously loves kids and is willing to spend all the time you need answering questions and being thorough. His number is ###-###-####.

HI another vote for Dr Lisa Rood
John Muir Brentwood facility off Balfour
###-###-####
Super easy going and very focused on educating you, efficient and yet doesn't make you feel like you're being rushed. When or if you ever have an issue, she will really work to make you feel cared for and help you make hard and scary decisions based on good medical knowledge- we actually changed from our original dr because she helped us with something once and she made me feel as at ease as possible in a scary "welcome to motherhood" situation.
She will probably even meet with you so you can see if you connect...you can tell her M. Esau told you, as I have succesfully referred other mommies to her too.

Good luck- such precious cargo to care for!
Take care,
M.

We really like Dr. Richard Singer on 2nd Street. (Sutter Med. Group) He really takes the time to get to know his patients, doesn't rush, and is very proactive.

Dr. Richard Singer is awesome. He is located in the medical offices on 2nd street (1120 I think) and is part of the Sutter med group. He is very friendly and child focused. My 2 y.o. daughter loves him so much she recognizes the building when we pass it and says That's Dr. Singer's office!

WOW! I didn't see until I posted my comment... what a coincidence that the other response was the same recommendation! How often does that happen? I'd say you found your Dr.! :)

Hi K. -

Although my personal experience with him is limited, I am a chiropractor in Brentwood with a practice of Moms and kids and the name that comes up ALL the time is Dr. Jaime Garcia - he is in downtown Brentwood, Brentwood Pediatrics...I 'think' the number is ###-###-####. A number of my practice members truly believe that he has either 1. thought of something that no else has in regards to what was going on with their child or 2. Literally saved their child's life.

I work with him professionally and as a pediatrician the best way to describe him is as an "out of the box thinker" - his mind is in gear ALWAYS trying to work through what appears to be a vast educational background. He accepted an invitation from me to learn about chiropractic for children which in my eyes puts him in the category of 'open-minded' which I think is important these days.

The down-side? I hear that his office is jam packed ALL the time....it will be a wait once in the office to see him.

Good luck with your search!

Dr. S. Lowe, D.C.

P.S. he has been awared Best of Brentwood for....as long as they have been doing it I believe.....
