Looking for a Pediatrician - Las Vegas,NV

I live in the South West and we see Doctor Moore at Foothills Ped on Ft Apache. I like him better than all of the other docs in the practice because he listens to me and trusts me to parent my child. When I wanted to take it slow with Vaccines he said "OK great. What do you want to do" He actually takes my intuition to consideration! Very awesome guy. Other people will tell you Conti is great I hated him. He was a little 'touchy feely' and didn't listen to my concerns at all.

Depending on where you live; I take my kids to Dr. Lee at Siena Pediatrics (St. Rose/Eastern, Henderson area). She's wonderful and really takes time to talk to you and I never feel rushed with her. The number is ###-###-#### or their website: www.sienapediatrics.com

If you live in the NW area...Dr. Tenby is great. His practice is called Centennial Pediatrics. His office staff and nurses are great as well (which is very hard to find). Believe me, we have seen MANY pediatricians until we found him. He is the only doctor in the office and he also has a nurse practitioner with him.

My son has been with Dr. Jim McGhee since he was born (he's 2.5 now). Dr. McGhee is with Fremont Medical Center (Pediatrics) - despite the name, this is NOT a "clinic". Dr. Jim used to be with another practice when we first saw him and he recently moved.
Just a little background - he's got 2 young kids of his own. He discovered a heart murmur in my son at 1 month old. My son had a heart procedure at 6 months. He also just got tubes in his ears after chronic ear infections. So we do see doctors a little more often than most families.

I take my kids to Saint Rose Pediatrics since they were born and they are 12 years old and 9 years old. I have been taking them there since they were Green Valley Pediatrics then they were Desert Valley Pediatrics. I like all the doctors in the office and the staff is wonderful and have been there forever. I always get same day appointments when my kids are sick.

Like Jamie B., I recommend Siena Pediatrics. My 16 month old daughter has seen both Dr. Lee and Dr. Carrie. They're both terrific, and so are the nurses and office staff. We've been able to get a same day appointment when she was sick. And Dr. Lee called us right back in the middle of the night when I called about my daughter having a high fever.
