Looking for a Party Location for 1 Yr Old Bday Between Lisle & Oak Brook Area

Hello, I'm looking for a party location to have our 1 yr old bday party somewhere between Lisle & Oak Brook, prefer off the expressway. We plan to have more than 60+ people including many little ones. I'm familiar with most restaurants but looking for other options, where kids can run a little, since the party is in Oct, weather may be a factor. Also, it doesn't matter if I need to bring in catered food. Thanks in advance!!

What can I do next?

Since it will be in October, have you considered having at a Pumpkin patch or farm? I'm familiar with Bengston's Pumpkin Farm and know that they do parties, but I'm not sure how that works for you distance-wise. I've been to kids' parties at pumpkin farms and they're great. Each kid gets a pumpkin, you usually get a private party room for food and drinks and it's a great fall activity for families.

We're planning to have our daughter's party at Pump It Up (very reasonable pricing and private parties) and I am pretty sure they have a location in Lisle. Best of luck--this is a great milestone.

The Oak Brook Park District has a great party room that would definitely hold that number of guest. You don't have to be an Oak Brook resident to rent it out but it is less expensive if you are. The party room is very clean and spacious and there's a playground right next to it. It has a nice size kitchen and if I recall a fireplace too. If you do a search of Oak Brook Park District I'm sure you'll find it.

Hi! First thing i thought of was the park district as well. I am not familier with the area either, but have utilized park fascilities in the past . There is usually a room or two that can be rented out and in my experience they have kitchens as well( not neccessarally for cooking a whole meal but great for clean up and warming things-if needed). You will need to set up, bring in food, and clean up yourself, but there should be plenty of room for you and your guests, and if it's nice, you can take the kids outside for a period of time as well. Hope this helps, and Congrats on a successful first year!

What about park district facilities? I am not familiar with the area, but many park districts have rooms you can rent, often with nice space for kids to run around
