I use DR. Edward Jacobs of the Lake Stevens Everett Clinic. Very down to Earth, and does not believe in prescribing pills/medicine for every little issue -- which I like. Has been around for qutie a long time and is very no-nonsense

B.,

I don't know if you're up for the drive or not, but Birth and Family Clinic in Edmonds next to Stevens Hospital is awesome. Our PCP is Dr. Lockard, but in the past almost five years we've seen just about everyone there. They're great.

Hi B. - Not sure what side (East or West of Hwy 9!) of Snohomish you are on, but you may want to consider Providence Pediatrics Clinic 12800 Bothell Everett Hwy #190 Everett , Washington 98208 Phone: ###-###-####. They are located just off of 132nd and Bothell-Everett Highway (behind the Fred Meyer). We have been taking our children there for ten years. They have lots of pediatricians on staff so if your regular doctor is not available you can usually get in to see some right away. My daughter was just seen by Judith Kuo, M.D. for the first time and we both really liked her.
Good luck!! www.providence.org/everett/provpg/e70mill.htm

Jocye WU at Pediatric Associates in Kirkland has been my savior ###-###-####. mypediatricassociates.com Its a big practice with Sat and Sun hours. Dr WU is young (late 30's) very smart and kind. I moved here when I was 6months pregnant, had a difficult birth where my son broke his collar bone. She noticed right away and eased my fears. I was a hormonal wreck everytime I took my son to see her for the first few months, she was such a rock to me and a huge comfort. Thankfully we havnt had an major medical problems, but Im confident she can handle anything. Good Luck

Dr Jeff Blackwell at the Everett Clinic in Silverlake (which is in east Everett) is absolutely awesome! He used to be my sons Dr when we lived in Monroe but we moved too far away to drive all the way up there.

I've taken my kids to Dr. Low in Monroe (Providence Physicians Group). I just saw her ad in the newspaper, too. She's new to the area, really young and personable. My kids really liked her, and she has never made me feel like an idiot for bringing my kids in (unlike so many other doctors). Very understanding, takes us seriously, listens, doesn't rush out the door, etc.
