Looking for a New OB GYN at Paoli Hospital

I just moved to Delco two years ago from VA. and was in the same situation, only I had NO idea who, what, or where to go. So like you I posted the question on Mommasource!

My group practices at Paoli and Lankenau (where I'm about to deliver). I really like all the Dr.'s I've met within the practice - Dr. Finnegan (male), Dr. Belden (male), Dr. McConnell (female) - Dr. Peden (female but I haven't met her yet). The funny thing is that Dr. Peden is the one who was recommended to me but she doesn't work at Lankenau on Tuesdays when I schedule my appts. In any case, they are all very nice. Best of luck!

Dr. Krell (male) with Main Line Ob/Gyn delivered all three of my babies at Paoli. I've been with the practice for over 8 years now and have been very happy. It is a group practice with a mix of men and women docs (as you an tell from the other posts). And Paoli's maternity unit is fabulous!

I use Great Valley OB/GYN and I was very pleased with them. There are 4 women doctors in the practice. They have offices in Exton and right in the medical buildings at Paoli Hospital. The phone number is ###-###-####.

I will say they are a bit on the conservative side (say no hair dying, stuff like that) but also say it as more of advice than a rule.

I use main line obgyn. i like dr. kakarla. My sister favors dr. senzon. they are both females. I have been pleased with them.

I use Main Line OB/GYN which is mostly women. Dr. Senzon and Dr. Schatz are two of the doctors. I have been with the practice since 2002 and they delivered all 3 of my children. The only doctor I would avoid is Dr. Manfrey (who doesn't deliver babies anymore).

Paoli is a GREAT hospital to deliver at! I had my second there and will have my third there in a few weeks. My OB is Dr. Anthopolous, who I like very much, and he's in a practice with 2 other male and 2 female doctors (I think...there may be someone that I'm forgetting). All are very nice. I especially like Dr. Marlino (female) but she typically runs behind schedule and I just can't wait for 45 minutes each time I have to go in, but many think she's worth the wait.

I am a doula in the area. Many of my clients use Main Line OB/Gyn and they love them. Dr. Kolter has a crazy sense of humor, but most people love him.

Dr. Peden's practice DOES NOT deliver at Paoli... ONLY at Lankenau, so I don't think that is a good match for you.

Great Valley OB is good as well and they are an all women practice.
