We recently moved to the area and we are desperately missing our pediatrician in Austin, but we need to find one here. Please help!
I have to agree about Dr. Saksena. You will not go wrong choosing her. She is the best! My kids are 19 and 16 and we all still love her. My daughter who is 19 will need to find a new doctor and we are all very sad about it. Please at least see her once. I know you will love her!

I love Dr. Leffel at kid care pediatrics. We have used her for 3 yrs.
We have gone to Dr. Prem Saksena. She is fabulous and her partner, Dr. Karimi, is also great if Dr. Saksena is out for some reason. She is so knowlegable and is very patient and takes her time when seeing your child. (My oldest, 21, has had to find a new doctor and was sooo sad. My 19 year old has asked if she will see her until she gets married! Ha!)
Seriously, she is fabulous and so is her office staff. She actually calls and follows up with you in the evening if your child is seriously ill. I would highly recommend her and her office. ###-###-#### is her office number and she is located on Grapevine Highway (Hwy 26).
Kid Care Pediatrics, they have offices in Keller on Rufe Snow & 1709 and on Fossil Bluff & Western Center in Ft. Worth (behind Zio's and Posado's).

I second Kid Care Pediatrics. They are spectacular when it comes to sick calls... our old pedi wouldn't be able to see them until the next day or two! At Kid Care, I have called as late as 3:30 and they told me to come on down. When I got there I realized they stayed open just for us!
I work in Haltom City, but live in Hurst. We use Dr. Radimecky in Bedford (behind Harris HEB). It only takes about 10-15 minutes to get there. He is wonderful and so are the other doctors and staff there. He is part of the Cook Children's network, which has been a lifesaver (literally) lately! We've made a couple of trips to the Cook's ER and we've been seen IMMEDIATELY! I haven't even been able to finish signing my kids in before being taken into triage. He has a wonderful bedside manner and doesn't second-guess anything. He's very cautious and understanding to parent's concerns. Good luck - it's so difficult when you're shopping for docs!
If you'd like to stay close to the home - we use Dr. Allan Ohman at Family Healthcare off Glenview Rd. It's right around the corner from North Hills Hospital.
Dr prem saksena on grapevine hwy ###-###-#### my boys 20 and 18 still go and see her she is great. Always makes sure you understand what she is saying. Good luck

We go to Dr Shams Karimi on Blvd 26 in North Richland Hills. She is only 5 minutes away and my 8 year old daughter has been going there all her life. She is in there with another female pediatrician, so if I can't get her in to see Dr Karimi, I have no trouble getting her in to see the other one. They are part of Cook's Children's, so they are very reputable. I also very rarely have to wait in the lobby. My daughter loves her; she is excellent with children.
