Hi M.,
I've been taking my daughter to the Gymboree in Frisco. There's a location in Plano (you can find the location at www.gymboreeclasses.com). We've been very happy with the program and are sad to see the Frisco location closing. I've heard great things about the Plano location and considered taking her there until I found another program in Frisco called MusicPlay. If you're interested in this program, you can find more info at www.mommyandmeclasses.com Both programs incorporate music into the learning I noticed a huge difference in my baby developmentally since we started Gymboree. I'm hoping that we'll be just as pleased with the MusicPlay program.

M.,

My daughter and I go to Gymboree (Independence and Parker). She loves it. We have been going since she was 8 months. She is now 15 months and everytime I tell her it is time to go to Gymboree she squeals a high pitched "Reee".

Good Luck,
K.

Hi, M.! I have a 15 mo old little girl, and have found that one great place to go weekly is the public library. We usually go to a Carrollton library, but Plano has programs, too!

Here are the links for both libraries so you can have more information! Hope this helps! (And, the best part...it's FREE!)

Plano: http://www.plano.gov/Departments/Libraries/Youth+Services...

Carrollton:

Good luck!

I'm a licensed Kindermusik Educator but I've returned to work full time and am not currently teaching Kindermusik. However, I can highly recommend a Kindermusik Summer Camp. I taught 3 camps last summer and all my moms just went on and on about how much fun they had with their child. There are some wonderful Kindermusik educators in Plano named. You can go the the website at http://www.kindermusik.com anc click on Find A Class, then click to the left on Class Locator and enter your zip code. You'll get a listing of all the educators teaching in your area. Many of them have their own websites, too.

I love Gymboree-- it is so much fun! Their play classes include movement, songs, and bubbles, and is a fun play time for Mommy & Baby.

Gymboree - it's off of Parker and Independence. Lots to offer and music classes as well.

I really enjoyed My Gym in Plano with both my sons. It's at the corner of Parker and Independence on the NorthEast Corner (behind Blockbuster). If things haven't changed you can bring them to unlimited classes for $60/month until they are 18 months. It has been a while, so I'm not sure if that changed. Anyway, give them a call!!
