Looking for a General Practitioner in McKinney Who Can See Me Pronto!!!

I am a former drug rep who covered this area so I know all the docs. The person I would recommend is Family First Healthcare, Dr. Dee McCrary and NP, Jill Morris. Dr. McCrary's main practice is in Greenville, but he lives here and will be picking up more and more days in McKinney. Jill is there all days and is amazing. I always see her. She use to be with Dr. Proctor. Both of these practioners have amazing bedside manners and very knowledgable. You won't wait long & I can guarantee that they will get you in tomorrow.

Try Mckinney family Medicine. They do a great job! I'm not sure about their insurance but you can give them a call. They are off El Dorado.

We started with a new DR here in McKinney this summer, his name is Dr Procter at McKinney Family Medicine. I don't have there phone number handy right now. They are at Eldorado and Stonebridge. We've only seen DR. Gonzales everytime we've gone, which is his assistant, and we really like them. They've always gotten us in the day we call and I LOVE there staff.

We live in McKinney, but we haven't been able to leave our favorite GP in Plano (Dr. J. Blake Bolin). However, when we do run into a situation like this we go to the Primacare on Eldorado. We have been very pleased with them. We went there when my daughter fractured her collar bone at school, when I had a spider bite, and for just a general cold. I just went to their website www.primacare.com and clicked on their insurance bar. They show that they do accept Unicare. I really like Primacare, and their hours are really late...even Saturdays and Sundays. Good luck and hope you feel better.

Try Family Practice Associates located in the Allen Presbyterian Hospital. ###-###-####. They take Unicare Insurance and have 2 great women physician assistants (Jenifer & Amy) in addition to Dr. Edwards. Good Luck!

We see Dr. Randell Wade in McKinney. He is on the corner of Hwy 75 and Virginia. He's definitely a "good ol' boy", but he's thorough and very up on things (he was a vet for years before he went back to medical school). My husband and I really like him. His number is ###-###-####. I looked on the Unicare website and it looks like he's on it, but you might want to double-check.

I love Dr. Steven Overn. He and his staff are very friendly. His office is located on Viginia between Ridge Road and Stonebridge.
