My daughter is 5 and she is getting her mollars, do anybody can recomend a children dentist as well orthodoncist. Her bite is pretty bad definitly she will need braces.
You didn't mention where you live but we LOVE (and I am ultra picky) Rawlings & Associates, we see them in Encinitas, but they also have a Solana Beach office. We only see Dr. Cristal for dental so far, my daughter is only 4, but they have a huge Orthodontist practice as well.
