I am currently seeing dr uhler with fertility centers of illinois in naperville, i have a daughter 3yr old with my husband, i did take clomid to get pregnant but thats it, now we have been rying for almost 2 1/2 years for #2, 4 failed IUI's, no explanation why its not working, and all they talk about is IVF, our insurance does not pay for infertility treatment (but they do pay for meds and ultrasoundmonitoring) so spending 10,000 on ivf with no guarantees seems crazy.

I pulled these 2 names off my united health care website
does anyone know them

dr natalie schultz midwest fertility center
dr john rinehart Rinehart Center For Reproductive Medicine

What can I do next?

I used Dr. Rinehart! Out of Good Sam Hospital? I love him! He along with the good lord above blessed me with my sweet lil boy Michael- We did IVF and thanks to god it worked the first time around! He was wonderful and explained everything to me before he did anything! And the women in his office (shame on me for not remembering her name) was so sweet! My son is 3 years old and he is my little angel!

Please feel free to ask me any questions.

Best of luck to you.
Jackie

Unfortunately, there ARE no guarantees with IVF. You didn't say how old you were, nor give any more information about your blood levels, initial diagnosis, etc. All of that stuff is important when you are deciding what clinic you go to, since different clinics excel in different areas of infertility. All of this stuff costs lots of money, so best to put your money in a clinic that can give you the best chance at having a baby.

My sister-in-law and I both saw Dr. Randy Morris in Naperville. We loved his practice, a bit less factory and a lot more personal. I succeeded through IUI, my SIL through IVF. Best of luck to you!

Hi J.

I used Dr Michael Zinger out of Naperville, but he also has an office in Arlington Heights. We had success with 1 IVF attempt. I am now pregnant with our second (no IVF-- BIG surprise!). I really liked him and our insurance paid for nothing. We had to pay everything out of pocket. My husband felt it was risky as well because there is no guarantee. I think that is a personal decision and the money can turn many people away from trying. Good luck to you.

Like you, I had undergone infertility treatments for three years to conceive, but unbelievably after 3 failed UIUs and one in vitro, I got pregnant naturally! Anyway, I was seeing Dr. Jobanputra, but have heard many good things about Dr. Rinehart. I wasn't able to see him because he was not part of my insurance. Good luck to you ~ I know how frustrating infertility can be.
