I just completed my Bachelors this past August. I took the first part through DCCCD (mostly Eastfield), and finished through A&M Commerce. Both were COMPLETELY online. I liked this because if I really wanted to, I could go up to the schools and deal with things. I liked knowing the actual building was nearby, unlike some of the other online universities that are nowhere near here.

Most all Universities.. have online programs... BUT, yes, there are times you need to go to campus.

My Husband goes to school.... it is online... but sometimes he has to go on campus for classes or to meet with the Academic Adviser or Professor...

No matter what, EVEN if purely online studying... it will be busy... my Husband, although the MAJORITY of his classes are online... it is still very busy with studying and being online and having to log-in WHEN the Teacher specifies... and when the Teacher says you need to be.... and per the Teacher's deadlines/projects etc. It cannot be totally avoided.

all the best,
Susan

my husband and i are going to university of phoenix next month. depending on your degree will determine if you're online or not, the course we're taking we have to go in once a week, but is mostly online until year 2 of the program

St. Leo University based out of Florida. My husband got his B.S. in Criminal Justice and I started out there with their on line program. In all of our classes we had to log on twice a week at least, but it was to answer discussion questions, not for lectures. Of course, that is still up to the teachers.

I recently received my Master's in Education from Abilene Christian University. I am so pleased with the education I received! I had an entirely online program, and they have others as well. You have to really do the research because, like another person said, most schools have online programs, but many are hybrid. They may want to see you every once in a while or not at all. You gotta find the ones that don't wanna see you til graduation! LOL That may work best, but no one can guarantee the workload or schedule or anything until you're in the program. Get online and then make the calls. You'll find something! Good Luck!

I am taking classes with Colorado State University Global and I love it. You can complete your entire bachelors degree online and there are no set times you have to be logged in to the classes. Their website is csuglobal.org and you don't have to live in Colorado!!

Hello,
I got the list below from my community college web site. Depending on the type of program you want there are many public universities that offer online degree programs. I am currently enrolled with University of Houston for a bachelors in Psychology and it's all on line. So if these schools don't work for you look into public schools around your area, I am sure you find one that suits you. Good luck!
