Hi Moms,

My husband and I talked about it and think it's best that we get a living will GOD FORBID if something happens to us..... At this time we don't want to do it through a lawyer, and was wondering if there's any websites we can go to that we can download one for free? One that would be legal and stand up in court if needed...
Thanks!

Dave Ramsey always talks about a company he endorses. I think it's called US Legal Forms. You can check his web site at daveramsey.com. I think he offers a special deal for his listeners.

office max, office depot, walgreens used to .........the Dave Ramsey site has them for about $20........it has to be state specific too.......my occupation dealt with wills & power of attorneys (poa) & the locations i mentioned all had the exact same forms that any attorney used, just at a fraction of the cost....

LegalZoom is great, but still a few hundred dollars. If you don't have that but find the correct verbiage, write it up and have it notorized I believe you will be ok.

I'd confirm that first.
