This is going to sound silly.......but I had a HUGE slice of heirloom tomato and cucumber salad on a whole wheat english muffin. Every summer I eat the same thing for breakfast until my garden stops giving me tomatoes. I absolutely love it!

A small portion of cheese omelet with potatoes, flax seed bread, cherry tomatoes, arugula and cucumbers, grapefruit juice, muesli with fresh berries and low fat milk.

We usually try to get good protein for breakfast so it keeps us full until lunch time (eggs or egg substitute, breakfast links/sausages, smoked salmon, cheese, hummus etc) and always eat some veggies.

Every morning, my baby and I have either steel-cut oats with a little brown sugar and cinnamon (I swirl mollasses in to her bowl), and some kefir. Or, we have plain or maple yogurt mixed with some kind of whole grain cereal. We also always have either banana or blueberries with our breakfast. I stopped drinking coffee and instead make myself a cup of hot water and honey, with a dash of lemon juice.

Every morning, my picky husband eats scones. I make them myself using whole wheat flour, flax, oats and drop in chocolate chips, raisins or berries.

On Sundays in our house, I make buttermilk pancakes. I thought my baby would devour them but she actually doesn't care for them! She's an oatmeal girl all the way. :)

a bowl of honey nut cherrios, a banana, a piece of bacon, and a glass of water. I usually like a big breakfast to start the day - usually 2 scrambled eggs but I ran out of time this morning...

Now I am having brunch - homemade oatmeal raisin cookie (with golden raisins) and tea with milk and honey - yum!

With three kiddo's I rarely eat breakfast. Ice coffe for me... but the kids had monkey toast and yougurt.

Monkey toast is toast topped with nutella and peanut butter (with honey mixed in) then topped with banans.

They also like
-bananas topped with peanut butter and granola "sprinkles"
-oatmeal with brown sugar, walnuts and crandberries
-strawberry, banana or peanut butter panckaes topped with nutella
-frozen waffles with flavored cream cheese topped with fruit (strawberry cc with banans, pinapple cc with strawberries...)
-grilled peanut butter, pear and honey sandwiches.

On the weekends we have "big breakfast."
-breakfast tacos
-eggs, bacon and pancakes
-french toast and sausage
Daddy is home and he cooks on the weekends. Plus we have more time to enjoy a big breakfast and eachother.

Arbonne's Chocolate Protein Shake is my first choice and sometimes I add peanut butter (PB2) or frozen blueberries or strawberries it is so tasty and filling. Tomato on Toast sandwhich (low fat or fat free of course and high fiber) and sometimes a little Red Fat Mayo with Olive Oil and FF Bacon bits on occasion. On WW this would be a 2 pointer including the Bacon Bits. I also like the Reduced Fat Velveeta 1 ounce on bread then pop it under the broiler till it melts YUMMY! Greek Yogurt honey flavor and sometimes add a little cereal or granola (healthy kind only of course) for some crunch.
