I don't know about weather/availability, but Country Critters down in Mansfield is really fun for that age group. They have farm animals for the kids to brush, pet, and feed. They do pony rides, story time, and have a play ground. I think they can bring the animals to you, too. My daughter had her 3rd bd on Sunday and she had an absolute blast.

Jumping party has days where they are only open for parties so you could schedule it so there are not a lot of big kids climbing over the little ones. I take my son there on Wednesday which is toddler day. I've seen on other days the bigger kids just shove the little ones over. I'm sure the other inflatable places have similar schedules.

Let's Jump on Hwy 377 and Kroger Pkwy was great for my daughter's 4th party this year. All ages loved it and then we went into the Laser tag. All ages including adults loved that as well. Plus it wears out the kids! The jump houses and everything there is really kept clean. My daughter's socks barely looked liked they had been used.

Oogles and Googles just opened at Basswood and Denton Hwy (377). It's a birthday party place. I'm sure you can google them to see what they offer.

There's Let's Jump in Keller off of Kroger Road. It's alot like Pump It Up. Our boys love going to parties there. You get 30-45 min. in each room of bouncy things, and then you get 30-45 min. for opening presents and eating pizza/cake. There is someone with your party at all times and is in charge, so you don't have to worry about anything. Not sure of the prices, but I do know kids love it there.
