It is possible but not very common and as the previous post stated, most of those pregnancies are ectopic (tubal) which is a life threatening condition. If you suspect you may be pregnant, you need to contact your doctor immediately. Symptoms of tubal pregnancy can include spotting or bleeding, abdominal cramping or pain, pain during bowel movements, and dizziness or light-headedness.

I did do some searching online for you and most of the pregnancies that happen when there is an iuc in place are tubal pregnancies.

If you think you may be pregnant I would contact your doctor asap.

I would also read any information the dr has given you when you had this put in place.

Yes. If you suspect you are pregnant, go to your Dr at once. If you have and IUD (IUC) they will want to do an ultrasound if your pregnancy test is positive because you are at risk for an ectopic pregnancy (one outside the uterus). Yes you can!! It happened to my sister in law. She opted to terminate the pregnancy at the doctors advice. She was in her 40's and they weren't sure that removing the iud would harm the fetus. She didn't want anymore children and the high possibility of a special needs child. This was over 20 years ago but I am certain the rules haven't changed. Good luck!

You can get pregnant not form of birth control is 100%. However the IUC can cause symptoms of pregnancy. You should check with your doctor just incase. Eptopic pregnancies are comon with these and it can be very critical to your health.
