Has anyone ever tried the Cleanse for Life program?
A couple friends have seen great results but I am still a bit skeptical.

Thanks

I have watched two of my friends lose weight and gain energy since they've been doing it. She also quit getting migraines. I want to try it but I have to get more $ first. I've been told after he lost fifty pounds he has gone back to his normal routine (after a couple of months he hasn't gained his weight back either!)but she still continues with hers.

Good luck! M.

Hi,

I highly recommend Isagenix! I have been using the products since about August 29, 2007. I have lost a lot of weight with the program. I have personally seen others loose weight too. If you are looking for someone to help you to get the products wholesale let me know.

You are welcome to look at my Isagenix website. www.castledecor.isagenix.com

Or you can call me at ###-###-####.

Yes, I have. It is great nutrition and it works as long as you do it just like they say. You have to make up your mind that it's something you're going to do forever, though. Just like anything else, it's a great way to lose weight, but when you stop you'll gain it back - unless you have totally changed your lifestyle of eating.

My husband and I both did it about a year ago. I lost 11 pounds and my husband lost 18. It does work but I was miserable while I was on it. I gained all of my weight back and my husband gained about half of his back.

Just FYI, I am doing a new diet now called Michael Thurmond's 6 Week Body Makeover. I just completed my first week and lost 6 lb! My mom lost 7 lb her first week. I love it. I get to eat REAL FOOD 5 times a day! So it's easy for me and the weight is starting to melt off. This is the only diet I have ever done where I have seen this fast results and it's easier than the cleanse was. I would look into this first. The money is probably about the same when it's all said and done.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Yes, I tried it. I had very good results. The shakes and snacks and metabolism supplements were fine. I did not like the liquid "juice" type drink on cleanse days at all. It was tough to get through that although I did like the results. Good luck!

Hi A.,

My husband did this program back in December and he lost 10 pounds from it. He's kept it off since then, so I'd say it works.

It's all up to you. It is a great product, but you have to want to do it bad enough, just like anything else. I have been doing it for a year and feel great. It is very quick weight loss and if you gain you know how to lose it easily.

If you have any specific quetions, feel free to email me and I can answer them for you.

A.,
It sounds good, and I know people who have tried it, but it's very expensive (to me anyway) and I wouldn't like the drinking my meals part. I like real food.

I have heard it's a good product.

Cleansing is a good way to start in life-changing program, but it doesn't have to be Isagenix.

Hello A. I was on Isagenix It is a good program. I could not see weight lost however everyone else saw a change in my body. My body was reshaping. The reasons I quit it was not working well with my blood sugar problem and it was expensive to keep up. The first shipment is $301.00 the next shipments were 154.00 per month these are automatic shipments which mean you are continually billed. It will work if you are mentally ready to drink 2 meals a day and then have only a 400 calorie diet in the afternoon. It is complete nutrion and the cleansing reshapes you before you see weight lost. You just have to decide that you are going to be disiplined. I could get you started if you are ready. You can Email me at ____@____.com Thanks R.

I've never even heard of Isagenix, but if you're looking for a good, tried and true way of losing weight, you might look into Weight Watchers. It's easy. I lost about 50 pounds before I got pregnant. I gained about 35 pounds during pregnancy, and it came off very easily.

We have used it many times. You will gain the weight back if you don't watch your calories and eat healthy but you will feel so much better. Cleansing is always good for your body.

I've never tried it or heard of it, but I did a "juice fast" for 5 days and lost 7 pounds. I looked up Isagenix on-line.. it's pricey. For around 50 dolars, you get a juicer at walmart. 100 dollars gets the Jack Lelane power juicer. Do an internet search on juice fasting for additional information. I started mine accidently, after making some freah juice for my family, I wanted to try new juice recipes, and came across a plethora of info. in fasting, so I just did it. I wasn't hungey, and felt pretty good. The info I read also talks alot about detoxing with a juice fast. hope this helps

My husband is a Chiropractor and is familiar with this product, and does believe it is a good product. He hasn't done it himself yet, but has had a couple of patients do it. One did the 9 day plan and one the 30 day plan. Both saw good results and felt a lot better. Lost 10-15 lbs (I'd assume this was the 30 day plan) and saw a good decline in their cholesterol. He said they did not continue with the whole program, but they did get results in what they did do. Hope this is of some help!

My dad did it and my husband did it....they both saw great results! I think my dad lost around 8lbs and that was the week after Christmas...he is continuing to lose weight!(he was not over-weight to begin with, but had some pesky poundage, you could say!) My husband lost 7 or 8 lbs and has not been good about doing any follow-up or even using the accelorator capsules, but he has kept the weight that he lost off! He is planning on doing it again soon. I cannot WAIT to try it out....I want to do it SO BAD, but I am nursing my 8mo old and cannot do it until he weans (which I hope is well after a year old!)

What's significant about the Isagenix cleanse is that it is 100% natural and nutrient-packed! Adding fat is your body's way of protecting you from toxins, therefore, the more toxins you have, the more fat you'll have and the harder it is to lose weight. With an Isagenix cleanse, you safely and effectively de-tox, therefore your body allows itself to get rid of fat and build lean muscle. You don't gain the weight back after the Isagenix cleanse because there are fewer toxins for your body to "Protect" you from with fat. (resuming a toxic diet will, of course, eventually cause you to gain fat back) My father is an Isagenix distributor and would be more than happy to get you any information you need! email him at ____@____.com

Hi A.!
Cleanses are great! I do one about every 6 months to a year. You need to watch out for certain cleanses, as they have ingredients in them that either aren't natural, or have clay or charcoal in them -- both of which you don't need to do a cleanse. Also, it is h*** o* your body doing a GOOD cleanse, so normally one shouldn't be done for more than 7-10 days (that's all I can take in readjusting my diet and taking all the necessary herbs involved). I can lose normally 5-10 lbs on a cleanse...it is great feeling when you are finished! And it cleans out the *ahem* caked up bowel movements from years of accumulation...and most of your nutrients are absorbed thru your colon, so it's good to keep that healthy!

By the way, I looked at the ingredients in the Isagenix 9-day Cleanse -- all the ingredients are natural and good for you (for weight loss & cleansing)! A 9-day program is perfect (not too short, not too long)...so I would go for it!

Too much info, but there's my 2cents! :-)
