My husband and I are starting to look into investment properties and are looking for a good agent that is knowledgeable specifically in investment properties. Any references? What were your experiences?

I recommend Brenda Rogers ( in Plano.

She deals A LOT with investment properties and first time buyers. We just bought our first home through her that is an investment property and got a super great deal. We bought it for $150,000 and it needs $8000 of foundation repair and after that it's worth $230,000. We were competing with a lot of investors for it and Brenda was just great. She works really hard for her clients and is very blunt and up front about things.

Good luck!

Hi H.:

You did not say if you were looking in a particular area. We live in Richardson, and have worked with K. Finigan for a long time. She knows the business extremely well - in Richardson, and the surrounding areas, too. Here is her contact information:

My husband is a Realtor and an Investor. One of his personal favorites is investing (he picked up 9 properties last year and flipped 2). He has plenty of experience and would love to chat with you- even if it is to just pick his brain. His name is Hank Harmon and he can be reached at ###-###-####. Good Luck! A. Harmon

Depending on where you are looking Sarah Harris does a good job. Her e-mail is is a mom herself, and I have had a few friends use her. The only reason I don't use her is her territory is no where near my house.
