Info on Sachse?

My husband and I moved to Sachse about 4 years ago and live in the Woodbridge neighborhood. It's wonderful! We are actually putting our home up for sale this month. Most of our family, friends, our daughters doctor are all in the Carrollton/FB area so we are going to be moving. I'm really going to miss this place. The people that live here are sooooo nice and there are a lot of children in the neighborhood so your little one would have someone to play with. The neighborhood is about 7 minutes to the new Firewheel mall - which is great! Tons of stores, friendly atmosphere......Woodbridge is a great place to live. Our home will probably go up Saturday so feel free to come by and check it out! :-)

My husband and I moved to the Davis estates in December of 2006. We love the "small town" feel of Sachse. There are a number of lovely properties available in this subdivision. We find it cheerful , and the neighbors we have met have been warm and friendly.

we live in wylie very close to sachse. we have been here about a year and LOVE it!! sachse is a great area - so close to firewheel and 190, so your home will def. hold value there... and particularly woodbridge is incredible. we have some friends who live in the woodbridge comm. on the east side of 78... there is another newer woodbridge on the west side of 78. look specifically into your neighborhood b/c i know some of the eastside woodbridge goes to garland schools, and others go to wylie. our friends who live in there love the comm. center, pools, golf, etc. it's a great neighborhood!! my husband and i drove through the westside woodbridge a couple weeks ago - they have highland homes and ashton woods. we LOVE highland homes and are continually impressed with them. we are currently in an ashton woods home and love it too. we bought a spec and did not build. we have had great customer service - a one year blanket warranty which has been really helpful. they have been out to fix small to big things w/o any problems! i'm happy to answer anything else if i can help you, let me know! My family has been living in Sachse for just over 3 years. It is a wonderful town far enough away from Dallas but close enough to still work there. We absolutly love it. Woodbridge is a great community however we live in Jackson Meadows across from the high school. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
