I am getting married in Sept. and I need black dress shoes for my sons tux. He is size 3 right now, but I cant find anywhere that carries that small of a shoes. I have been to Northstar, La Cantera, Stride Rite. Does anyone know where I can find shoes for him. I dont want to order them online, I want him to try them on. If anyone has any idea where I can find some please let me know. Or even used ones in good condiotion would be even better. I am not looking to spend a whole lot for shoes he will wear once. Please help!!
Well I did not find shoes in his size at any of the stores mother's had thoguht of. Funny thing is I was talking to my best friend about what I was looking for one day and she said "I have some of Austin's" They where in perfect conditon and only whorn once, and free! I could not belive I did not ask her from the start. But Good Luck to whoever needs them as well.
Payless Shoes has a pretty good selection of shoes. I looked on-line and found a very cute boys dress shoe, size 3, in black. The lot# is 054013 and they are only $10.99!!!

My son was our ring bearer. He was three years old. We got his shoes from the tuxedo place. They came with the rental.
Sometimes they have cute ones at Payless. You might also check out the resale stores. I like Kid to Kid and Sweet Repeats. I got my son some really cute black dress shoes at Kid to Kid last Christmas. Good luck!

Congrats on the new wedding!! How exciting!! We baptized my son in late April and I also had a very hard time trying to find dress shoes for him...I kept finding black dress shoes when I needed white ones!! LOL I finally found his shoes at Bealles one pair of white and the rest in black so that may be a good place to look...I also found black ones at Mervyns, Walmart, Target, and some little baptizm shops (mom and pop shops). I found those baptizm shops just by looking them up in the phone book. I went to one that was on Ingram and Callaghan. Its right behind the gas station that is caddy corner to Payless...Oh that was another place I looked and they only had black shoes...Payless....hope this helps...
I know Payless usually carries "dressy" shoes. JCPenny also may have some where they sell the baby clothes. Check these places out if you haven't already. Hope this helps :)

First, Congratulations! I bought my son shoes at payless shoes size 4 for $10.99. This was around Easter. Also, Walmart has black dress shoes. The shoes I bought from Payless Shoes were black with a velcro strap but they looked really nice with his Easter suit. I hope this helps. If you find yourself pressed for time and you think the size 4 will fit him, call me. ###-###-####. My son only wore them once.
