I have irregular periods, so my last period was late August. I took the medication Provera from my doctor to bring on my period. I have taken provera for a year now and ALWAY get my period before I complete the dosage of medication. It has now been 10days since finishing my medication and no period. My doctor says I have to wait 14 days to give the medication a full chance to work. I have experienced insomnia the last five nights, also getting up and peeing in the middle of the night. I feel bloated and tired. Last night I had weird stomach ache/light cramps in abdomen. Today I had a tinge of pink/brown discharge. I'm wondering if this is implantation bleeding with implantaion cramps. Does anyone know how soon I can take a pregnancy test after implantaion bleeding to get accurate results? How many days does one bleed, only had one episode of discharge today?
I had implantation bleeding w/my 1st, but not my 2nd preg. I know it was around the time I should have gotten my period & I did have "twinges" & weird feelings in my lower abdomen (with both pregnancies) well before I tested positive. But, I'd give it a few more days before you test - it could just be spotting before your period. Sorry - I know waiting is the hardest! :p

I had implantation bleeding when I got pregnant with my first child, but not the second. It was a bright tinge of red, I had no idea I was pregnant and thought it was odd when it happened so I remember it well. I don't really remember cramps or other symptoms. Good luck, I hope you are pregnant!
I had implantation bleeding with my first but not my second...mine was light pink/brown tinged. I actually thought i was spotting before my cycle would start but then didn't get it. I got that bleeding around October 30th, 2006 and definitely took my pregnancy test by November 9th. My daughter is now 2 and son is 11 months. I would wait about 9 days and then take the test. Might be less than that but why set yourself up for a false negative too early ;) Good luck and let us know how it goes! Best wishes and fingers crossed for you!
PS- I had a bit of a tinge of cramping as well! Everyone is different though...
I'm trying to remember....I think I only had a tiny bit of blood, and that be that.
Fingers crossed that you are pregnant...but do know that pregnancies that begin with implantation bleeding have a higher chance of miscarriage (that's what happened to me). Of course many pregnancy go on to be uneventful successes, but bleeding of any sort is never a good sign.
