I usually drink the Kellogg's protein shakes every morning and am getting kinda burnt out on them. Any other protein drinks out there that you have tried? I don't make time in the mornings to do the blender/smoothie thing. I just want something quick and delicious! Ideas? Thanks!

What can I do next?

I drink the Body by Vi shakes, dry shake mix. To give it different flavors, I will use a teaspoon of whatever dry jell-o mix I am in the mood for! The shake itself is sweet cream, but with the dry jell-o I can get any flavor I want. If you drink a vanilla pre-made shake, I don't know why you couldn't do the same thing with those. I try to get the sugar-free ones. I have also used 2 tablespoons of the dry cappuccino mix to make it a frapacino type drink! I use sugar free chocolate with toffee cappuccino and it is fabulous!

My husband gets all his protein stuff from GNC. They have pretty high protein in them, but are somewhat pricey. But they are pretty good too. We also just discovered this yogurt from Whole Foods - it is plain flavored, but there is 24g of protein in an 8 oz container. That is good!! The brand on the container is "Voskos". That may be good to add in a shake.

I use the Shaklee Cinch shakes. They come in chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and cafe latte. They taste great in milk or water. I have used their shakes every day for about 18 years and have never grown tired of them.

I use the CryoSport from Costco. Big giant bag and it mixes well just with a fork in a cup. I have the chocolate variety but I hate milky drinks so I wish I bought vanilla so I can mix it in with my yogurt, cereal, pudding... etc. It's still good, I pour a glass of soymilk and put in a scoop. Even with cold milk, it still mixes well. I know how you feel, I hate washing little parts with mixes and I don't like having special cups around. It's pretty good except I really don't like milky stuff.

Standard Process has SP Complete and I mix it with real juice and 5 frozen strawberries. NO sugars and more importantly no synthetic sugars like aspartame or Sucralose.

I drink a protein drink from Arbonne. I think it's called Figure8, or something like that. The chocolate is yummy, yum, yum!!! I put the powder and water in a pint mason jar with a plastic screw on lid and shake it up! No blender necessary! :)

ps. I don't sell Arbonne products, I just like to buy some of their stuff. :)

I sell AdvoCare who has an amazing meal replacement shake that comes in 3 flavors: berry, chocolate and chocolate mocha. The shakes have 24 grams of easy-to-digest protein (fills you up) to only 3 grams of fat. It has over 20 vitamins and minerals and tastes fantastic. Add water and shake it up. Easy!

The company has a ton of unpaid endorsers from every pro sport so you can be sure it is safe and of high quality. College strength and conditioning coaches are on the advisory board. My son-in-law plays in the NFL and got us hooked. Dr. Oz had a guy on his show test the quality of random products and whether they contain what they say they contain. Many did not pass. Our company's products passed. You don't want to buy junk.

My husband and I have not only lost weight but we each dropped 40+ points on our cholesterol counts in a couple months! Let me know if you would like my website and a free sample.
