Thing 1 and Thing 2 from Dr. Seuss' Cat in a Hat. (However, this could be one of those things that haunts them forever too!)

Or a compound word where one gal wears one part like...a cardboard bus and a cardboard stop sign...together they're a bus stop. Laverne and Shirley? It would be easy, thrift store finds... longer wool skirts, sweaters/cardigans, scarves on their heads (you know, the old lady sheer ones to keep their hair in place? we call them babushkas... lol), ankle socks, etc.? And the cursive L on one's shirt would be the clincher that would tell who they are...

I think that would be so easy and adorable! And funny!

Or they could do Grease, either with Sandy as the good girl, or the bad girl... but I like Laverne and Shirley better... lol

Borrow a couple chior robes and break out in song every now and then.
Find cap and gowns from highschoolers who graduated and dont need them now.
Slacks, with bowling shirts. Use a bowling bag as a purse that day. Bowling shoes too, but please dont steal them from the local lanes.. It happens a lot around Halloween, or whenever Footloose plays on tv..lol really.
