I agree with Camille, post your resume on Monster.com and make it searchable by employers. I've been contacted many times by headhunters looking to fill positions for companies and I'm currently working for one of those companies! I didn't even have to apply, they came looking for me. In fact every job I've had since moving to TX in '01 came from Monster. I highly recommend using it. Also if there is a company you would like to work for, go to their website and sign up for their job alerts. When a position in your field becomes available, they will send you an email to apply. Good luck!

Hi K.!

My name is J.. Have you ever heard of the business networking site called LinkedIn? It is great place to network with people in your field, search jobs, and find former co-workers, etc. You can make connections with people, post recommendations and have them posted for you, and put your job history/requests out there. It might be worth a shot!

Good luck!
