For the passed few weeks I've had loss of appetite only eating once or twice a day or not eating at all. When I do eat it is usually something small like crackers or bananas stuff along that line. I don't really feel the need to eat full meals and when I do try to eat full meals, My Gerd acts up and I feel worse than before. I asked my own mom and she thinks it's all in my head even though I've had physical symptoms such as bial rising up my esophogas, Heartburn, nausea. I don't know what to do and it's starting to effect my moods where I'm too tired to do anything or I get irritable and snap. Please give me some advise

What can I do next?

advice from a doctor would probably be a great place to start.

or smoke a doob.

or keep asking for advice from non-medically-trained strangers on the internet, i guess.

I would suggest making an appointment to see your doctor so they can check you out.

You give no details about your age, possibly weight which could be a part of the problem and you expect us to have a diagnosis?

You should be seeing your Dr and that Dr may refer you to a specialist.

Not everyone eats 3 meals a day or needs 3 meals a day. I am a grazer and I never eat a big meal. I drink a LOT of water usually with lemon or other fruit in my water.

GO to your Dr so you can get properly diagnosed and start feeling better.

Talk about it with your doctor.
It could be trivial - it could be serious - there's no way we can tell.
A doctor will look at your health history, do some diagnostic tests and hopefully find a way to help you.

You have a lot of detailed personal information in your profile that you should remove.
It's not a good idea to be putting that info out on the internet.

Please get to a doctor who understands GERD. Do you have a gastroenterologist? I'd start there. If this doctor feels that you should be cared for by another type of specialist, they could work together for your care.

The thing is, your GERD could be causing you to become depressed, and that's a slide down into somewhere you don't want to go. Instead of doing nothing, go get help and make a plan with your doctor. Baby steps at first so that you aren't overwhelmed. As you are able to eat more, you will start feeling better and things won't become so overwhelming.

And don't include your age and weight here in this question as one of the posters has directed. You don't need someone here knowing all your information (as B says, don't offer so much about yourself. There are people here who are not honest about themselves and you don't want them knowing too much about you because you have no idea if their intentions are honorable.)

Not everyone needes to eat 3 square meals a day. I dont im a grazer. But if your eating patterns have changed and its not drugs it could be hormonal or something bigger. See a doctor you may want to include your age weight height in this question. Women who go through menopause or pregnant or miscarry could have loss appeite

If you have not seen a dr you should. if you have gerd you should be taking acid reflux meds more than likely. Cause yes that feeling can make you sick to your stomach and not want to eat. I have had that issue but will take meds for it when needed.
