There's a cleaner called 'No Work Daily Shower Cleaner' and you spray it on the shower walls after a shower, when there is still water on the walls. There is no need to wipe or squeegee and it keeps the shower scum free. I’ve tried to make a point to squeegee after each use, but that commitment only lasts about a week at my house!

Clean it as you normally do and then apply Rain-X to your glass shower. This is a product normally used to repel water on car windshields and it works great. All you need to do is squeegee your glass after your shower and it will look as good as new! You will reduce your cleaning time significantly.

Once your glass starts looking dull again, then it's time to clean it again and the then reapply the Rain-X.

CLR to remove the scum and then invest in a car shammy. Use the shammy after EVERY shower to wipe down all the glass. Try www.griotsgarage.com and check out the car shammy....it's FABULOUS on our shower doors

A real estate agent sent out a bunch of household tips including "keep your shower door spot free with WD40". I honestly haven't tried it, but after you scrub them you could give it a try.

I use CLR and it works great and gets the windows nice and clean. We also use a squeegie after every use. I like the rainx idea and am going to have to try it next time.

I LOVE Kaboom for removing soap scum. I spray it on, rub over it with a non-scratch sponge (like you use for non-stick pans) and let it sit for about 5 minutes and then rinse it off. We used to squeegee every time we shower, but now I just clean with the Kaboom.

BIG RULE.....at our house....never get out without using the squeegee.

Other than that, I use windex or vinegar. About twice a yr, I use marine boat polish (HUGE JOB) but it works well. It is like having RainX on it...the water beads and easy to squeegee.

Before you get out of the shower spray the door with water and wipe it dry with an old towel. That will go a long way. You can also use a squeegie instead of the towel if you prefer. Then every couple of weeks us Basic H2 diluted for mirrors and glass:

Basic H2 Concentrate: http://healinghappens.myshaklee.com/us/en/products.php?sk...

the "magic eraser" takes care of soap scum like a breeze... It leaves streaks though, so I think if you washed with it and then wiped the glass down with a paper towel, you job will be much easier!
