I own a rent house and I have never advertised it in any way except to put a sign out front. So I would find a neighborhood you are interested in and simply drive around and look for the signs. A few landlords do post things on craigslist, so you may also want to check there as well.

We used rentalhomes.com and craigslist. Our house was listed on both, lol.

My husband shows for several property management companies in Arlington. If you want their websites, just message me. Thanks.

I also know a woman who helps you find rental houses. She will take the time and listen to you to find out what you need and help you find it. The service is free to because she is paid by the landlords. Her name is Sandra Bell. She also owns an insurance company and you can contact her there ###-###-####.

Best of Luck!

There are streets of duplexes off of sublett and cooper. They are all rent houses and are pretty affordable. I dont know about rent to own, but I had a 2 br duplx with a carport for $700 per month. That's the best price I found on the south side of Arlington. I felt it was safer, less crowded, less crime than North Arlington. And the kids go to Mansfield schools, which is great!
