I've been looking for the same, 1800flowers.com has a section on it for employment and will add temp phone support from home during certain times of the year. They pay $10 ph to train and $14 to work. Sometimes it works into fulltime but you have to have a land line and headset. The phone line is around $200 on your next phone bill and the headset is $20-50 to get started with.

If you're considering something in school hours but not necessarily homebound, I found Pampered Chef Fundraising. I promote fundraising with their products to schools, church groups, cheerleading squads, soccer teams, bands, etc. for a percentage of the total sales. It's around $200 to get started but they send you a HUGH box of sample items you keep worth way more than $200. You can ck it out at www.pamperedchef.biz/rhondareese and email me at ____@____.com if you're interested in more information.

I just quit my 1-800-flowers sales position. The company is extremely unorganized and there is a massive reorg going on with the home agents. The pay is $6/hour with a $3/hour incentive for the first 90 days. Your incentive goes up to $4/hour after that. Taking time off (whether it be for vacation, sick, etc.) is the biggest issue. When I quit, vacations were not being approved, and there was no way to "give away" your hours (even if you had someone willing to work them) because the managers were not approving. So, you're forced to call in sick, which leads to a $0 incentive and eventually termination. I worked for them for seven months. I can give you more information, if you decide to pursue.

Hi L.! It really depends on what you're really looking for. There are many things out there that claim they have clerical jobs you can do from home, but I really have know personal knowledge whether these are legitimate or not. One piece of advice is to never, ever pay money up front for a clerical type job from home.

However, there are many businesses you can run from home. I was an IT software analyst about 7 years ago and found a great business from home that doesn't require a huge investment, at all. I work with a great team of moms from all over the nation and we support & train each other. We have our business set up so that you can truly work completely from home. You can visit my website at www.momsperfectbiz.com.

Have a great weekend!!
