Makeup Forever concealer and guerlain meteorite powder balls in the pastel shades and millionize mascara (loreal), and I shape and fill in my brows with powder bc I'm blond and they're invisible otherwise.

How much time do you have? :) What are you up for?? I have read that brew green tea bags and let them cool. Once they have cooled, place them on your eyes for 10-15 minutes. Make sure the green tea is caffinated (use green tea as the other black tea's may ADD color to your eyes..UGH!). I have tried the cucumber thing and it did not work. Another idea is to (and I have done this) fill your bathroom sink with icecubes and add cold water...submerge your face (if you can't handle it, splash your face) with this water which will shrink ANYTHING on your face!
Make sure you moisturize at least twice a day to hydrate your face and you will be just fine :)

this is a super awesome trick---after you do some much needed soothing to your eyes, like the cucumbers ( I recommend a night lotion) when you go to put on your make up or even if you dont wear make up this will work, put white eyeliner on your eyes ( like where the eyelashes meet the eyelid, it will make the white of your eyes pop! Im not kidding and they will also look a little more open and bigger. You wont notice you are wearing the eyeliner either ( like if you had black on). Good luck!!

It's silly, but you should really try the old cucumber on the eyes trick! It doesn't actually have to be a cucumber, just something cold. Spoons work well because they are shaped perfectly and they have handles for you to hold onto. It might not have a direct effect on your appearance, but it will give you a little pick-me-up, which in turn will indirectly affect your tired appearance!

First, you need to feel peppy and happy. Even without makeup, that will show in your eyes. As far as products go, you need to use a good moisturizer at least once a day for whatever ails you. You need to wear foundation to even out your skin and use a concealer under your eyes. Benefit makes a great one called Boing! but its expensive. Use a light colored eye shadow and put it on the top. It shouldn't look cheesy, like you are wearing eye shadow. Just to take away some of the brown and sparkle a tiny bit. You can go further with eyeshadow and eyeliner but that is too much for day usually. Now put A LOT of mascara on. A few coats and you will look great. Don't forget some lip balm or gloss and a bit of blush is you are feeling up to it.

I believe if you slice some cucumber and place it over your eyes it would soothe them and help make it feel better. Try that it might help.

Liner on the top ONLY. Mascara on TOP going up and out at the corners a bit depending on your eye shape. Well groomed bold brows are an instant face lift. I never used to do my brows as a brunette, but it has been a lifesaver the past few years.

I used to do bold liner and color on the bottom, but not since I got tired momma possum eyes. You need the emphasis on TOP not under eyes. Brightener/concealer underneath helps too. And that dab of white frost on tear ducts (and on arch under brow) like Carmindy suggests on What not to Wear REALLY adds some sparkle and youth to the eyes. Excellent trick.

eating right helps. the whites of our eyes should be bluish white, not yellow grey. scary. no amount of make up will help otherwise.

if they have dark circles - find something that will get the blood flowing there again - I don't know how to do that...

I would put on some concealer and mascara and a white or brighter lid color....when I put the white/cream - next to my eye lashes - it seems to make my eyes "pop"

Well, First and fore most, under eye concealer is a Must!
I like to use a nice Aqua blue eyeliner around the top and bottom of my eyes. My eyes are blue, but I've started a trend at my work and see a lot of girls with dark eyes doing it too. It just needs to be a Light color. Like A minty or lime green, light purple or fushia. Nothing dark. Trust me, this will help.
And with allergy season upon us, you might want to get some Bosh & Lomb drops for Allergies. Or Just Reg. eye drops to give them back some moisture. This helps too.

Good luck, from one Dog beat tired mom to another.

Drink plenty of water, and try Clarins' Beauty Flash Balm. Lots of others here had good makeup tips, but remember to have your brows shaped - it makes such a difference, and is cheap to have done professionally. Then, just under your lovely brows, put some White, cream or light silver eyeshadow to open up your whole eye area.
