Help Me Figure This Out?

I am currently exclusivly pumping for my 13 month old (she never nursed well.)
My son did not do well on milk...at all, so I really do not even want to introduce it to my daughter. She has ezcema which seems to be related to foods...can't figure out exactly what.
I am only pumping 15-16 ounces a day. She does formula once at night.
I want to wean her off that last bottle of formula. Do you think supplementing rice milk with her breastmilk would work. Iam just concerned that rice milk will not give her enough nutrition. Is 16 ounces breastmilk plus three meals a day enough?(she eats solids ok)...ofcourse she could have enriched rice milk as well.
She would probally drink a lot more if I offered it. She would rather drink than eat solids. She weighs 23 lbs and is 32 inches.
Has anyone nursed or pumped this long? Is this enough food?
What do you think?

You could always give her the Enfamil poly vi sol vitiman in dropper form (1 mil)once daily if you are concerned about her nutritional intake.

I think this is definitely enough food, my daughter is 16mo still nurses often and hardly ( in my opinion ) eats enough solids and she is doing just fine. She weighs about 25lbs.

If she is eating 3 good meals a day plus drinking 16 oz. of breastmilk I think she will definitely be okay. At that age my daughter ate 3 meals and nursed 3-4 times a day which is probably about the equivalent to what you are giving her.

I switched to cow's milk starting at 12 months, and had stopped breastfeeding at about 14.5. My pediatrician said that kids really tend to stop eating as much at about 18 months, and that if I could get two glasses of milk in my daughter a day, plus a multivitamin, she was fine. So, I think 16 oz of breastmilk a day is plenty. I would give your daughter a multivitamin, and then keep giving her solids as well.

Sounds like you are doing a fantastic job!! Such dedication to pump that long!!! (I nursed my two for around 18mo but i hated to pump)

the only thing i would suggest (which you may already be doing)is to offer a sippy cup of water at all times and maybe a multivitamin with iron.

My son was allergic to my milk so, breast feeding didn't work out (he ended up on prescription formula called Neocate). When we tried cow's milk his allergy responded again, so we either had to keep paying prescription formula prices or find another option. We did soy milk, which he also was allergic to. We ended up on goat milk. He does very well on it. Plus, after researching alternatives, including rice milk, I discovered that rice milk does not have enough fat for a growing toddler. Goat mlk was the answer for us. (By the way he also has eczema, which hasn't been a problem o the goat milk.)
