I need help in my home with laundry, making beds, picking up, dishes, etc.! I have ladies come on a weekly basis to clean, so I need help with the daily stuff. About 3 days a week, 3-4 hours each day.
A friend of mine did something like that-she got a referral for a lady through her cleaning service & hired a girl that way-she had her come do all her laundry and ironing every week. I'd check with your maid service. My other thought was a home school teen might have a schedule where they could do that.

no offense, but with 4 teenagers in the house, there shouldn't be THAT much picking up. Put those young men/ young ladies to work!! get the biggest chart you can find and have a family meeting. make family rules with age appropriate consequences/rewards. Have everyone put their say in and negotiate what is fair for them and you. Then, make them sign at the bottom!!
Easier said than done, i know, but is sounds, good, right? hahaha
