I just started using these on Saturday. The normal dosage is 2 pills in the morning but the caffeine effected me so now I only take 1 in the morning and 1 after lunch. Has anyone used these? Results? There is a 30 day money back gaurantee. So, if I have no results I will be taking advantage of that offer :) I have about 15lbs to lose. I'm exercising 2-3 time per week and eating "semi" healthy.

What can I do next?

I rec that you skip the pills and excercise a full 45 minutes no less than 4 days a week.

Years ago, I lost almost 70 pounds. I was an obese kid.

Portion control is soooo important ! I used to eat soooo much ! And the weight followed. I had to make changes !

If you excercise while losing weight, you'll retain muscle.

One pound of fat is 3500 calories that you'll need to burn---Extra excercise will work. Yet, it doesn't happen overnight ! It's healthy to lose approx 2 lbs. a week.

I have been both obese and trim. I can tell you that excercising 2x a week will not do the trick. If you excercise 4x a week for 8 - 10 weeks, you'll reach your goal ! Take a few months to lose the weight... to retain the muscle! When you are hungry munch on raw veggies in between meals !

Good luck on your weight loss !

If losing weight came in a pill, don't you think Oprah would have lost the weight by now? :)

Some excellent down-to-earth answers here. Diet pills do not change behavior. Diet pills are packaged as a quick fix. Long-term results involve a change in lifestyle. Ditch the term diet and ditch the pills. Embark on a lifestyle change. Ramp up the exercise, even if it's just walking everyday vs. 2-3 times a week. Enlist your family and friends on your adventure. Stock up on fresh fruits and veggies. Clean out the cabinets. Have you considered talking to a nutritionist or dietician? Do you really have to lose 15 pounds or is it just somethingi you want? Maybe you look fine the way you are :-) But it still doesn't hurt to exercise and eat healthy.

Good luck. You deserve better than a money back guarantee in a bottle.

I am glad to hear there is a money back guarantee so you can get your money back ;) Weight loss is hard. I have never heard of a pill or potion that works effectively, without terrible side effects.
I have not used Healthy Trim, but I can say that eating semi healthy and working out 3 times a week will probably not cut it. I am working out 6 days a week at least an hour a day and I still am not losing weight (I am toning up though). I have heard that weight loss is 90% diet, so I think your best bet is to start counting calories or cut out all processed food, refined sugar and flour. Eat healthy 90% of the time and watch your portions. That is the only way I have ever been able to actually lose weight. Good luck

Hi L.,
I've never been tempted with "miracle" diet pills. Not only do they not work, they could be harmful.

To lose one pound, you need to eat less and do more. Each pound is worth 3,500 calories. That means you need to eat 3,500 less calories or burn off 3,500 calories exercising to lose just one pound.

If you lose more than a couple pounds a week, you probably won't keep it off. The best way is to change your lifestyle, including eating and exercise habits.

I follow a program that includes protein shakes and bars for 2 meals a day, if you do the whole program. After losing 40 pounds, I still have a shake almost every day for lunch. It's healthy, filling and tastes good. If I make it with enough crushed ice, it tastes like soft serve ice cream. Or I add fruit and it tastes like a smoothie.

I work out with an exercise video at least every other day. And I try to walk 10,000 steps every day.

I wish you success with your weight loss goal. You can see the program I'm on if you click my name, then the business tab.

Please don't take the pills. They will do more harm than good including causing problems with your heart. Keep a food diary, so you really see what you are eating. Weight training is a great way to help out not only the loss of the weight, but keeping it off. Change your mindset because it you don't make changes, the weight will only come back on. I've been in the fitness and nutrition industry all of my adult life, and I have seen what works, and pills aren't it.

Good luck and congrats on doing something about your weight.

Semi healthy eating isn't going to cut it. Either is working out 2-3 times a week. You need to ramp up your work-outs to at least five a week and lift weights.

Ditch the pills, they will just do more damage than good.

Sounds like an expensive way to find out that there's no quick fix. If you can't take the whole dose, then you're only going to get half the benefit anyway!

Most of these pills contain stimulants that aren't very good for the central nervous system. I agree that we'd all be thin if there was a magic pill.

I'd get rid of them, and spend some money on a gym or an exercise DVD or a set of dumbbells. You need to eat a balance of protein, complex carbs (no white flour or rice), healthy fats (olive oil, nuts) and lots of fruits & veggies. Get outside and walk. If it's too hot, walk in a mall - go early before the stores open. You can track your calories for free (as well as your mix of carbs, protein, fats, etc.) on sites like Livestrong - it makes you very aware of what you're eating. Do a mix of cardio to burn fat and weight-bearing excesses for muscle development and bone strength.

You just have to put in the time. There are one or two weight loss products that don't involve stimulants and do help give you the nutrition you need to keep your body from going into "starvation mode" which cuts back your metabolism and makes it even harder to lose weight. But the really good ones tell you that you have to combine it with healthy lifestyle changes and exercise.
