Im hearing all kind of radio ad's for Healthy Trim...

Im thinking of ordering some - Hubby is on army duty - and i think this is the perfect time to get skinny per say!

Has anyone tried it?? Do you like it or dislike it?

I dont want something that makes you poop out all the fats and oils like that Sensa or other stuff (cant think of the name).
thanks in advance!

What can I do next?

Pills don't work. My daughter has tried several. It has to be a lifestyle change which includes diet and exercise. Here's what I've been doing and it's working -
A healthy diet would be one that has you losing approximately 1-2 pounds a week. I would stay away from those that advertise more.

Hope this helps.

I have not tried it nor would I. Healthy Trim, like all the other fad diets/pills prey on people's desperation to lose weight quickly at any cost. Weight loss supplements tend to put drugs/chemicals in your body that can do more harm than good and while you will probably lose the weight, as soon as you go off the drugs (without adopting a healthy nutrition and exercise plan), you'll put the weight back on and then, it's like flushing your money down the toilet.

Instead, spend your money on a meeting with a nutritionist and a trainer to learn about beginning healthy habits that you can adopt for a lifetime that will sustain the body weight and appearance you're desiring. Good luck!

It's a gimmick like all the other quick weight loss drugs out there. It would be so cool if it worked... I'd be the first one signing up! But, there's no magic pill. Just eat less and exercise more and you'll lose weight. Programs like Biggest Loser Club and Weight Watchers will teach you how to eat healthier AND you'll lose weight. I'd stick with one of those.

I've never heard of it. But I'm not into taking pills to lose weight.

I tried Zumba once and loved it. And since I cant go to all the classes, I did order the dvd an will be doing it at home while my daughter dances to it!

I urge you to get into a healthy weight loss program such as Weight Watchers where you'll learn to eat right and keep it off. I've been very successful at this. Nothing is quick or easy that lasts!

A diet is meant to change the way a person eats for a lifetime.

Please be careful about those over used words "all natural". I learned the hard way that just because it is natural doesn't mean it is good for us. For example Chinese Mau Whong (spelling?) was in a product I took back in 1996/1997. This herb is equivalent to Ephedra. Really put my health at its worst ever!

I've used and work with people who use a program in which the science behind it was in observing Olympic Athletes and how they retained their muscle mass and were at peak performance. Remember that Olympic Athletes are always tested for drugs. So the program I have is good for the body and helps loose the fat but not muscle.

Most diets a person looses both and that is why so many go back to their old ways and typically gain the weight back and then some.

This program has been very successful and especially for diabetics, people with acid reflux, etc.
