So I want to lose 10 pounds by the end of may. I've herd a lot of good results from former users with hcg drops. Does anyone know if walmarts hcg drops work as well as others?

Everybody I know who has used those drops (5 friends or family members) lost weight because they were eating 500 calories a day. The drops are a money-making scam. Once they went off the diet and the drops they all ballooned way past what they had weighed at the start. Very sad. If I were you I wouldn't do it.

HCG mainly works because you're only allowed to eat 500 calories a day. You can save your money and start working out hard and eating better and lose it like that.

The flip side of HCG, if you eat too much, you'll gain weight. Also, my friend used them, lost weight and when she stopped using them she gained the weight back and then some.

You don't need the drops, just the diet plan. On the HCG diet you eat only 500 cals a day, you will lose weight with that without drops. Of course either way it will more then likely come back, plus some. If you really want to lose it and keep it off try simply eating good healthy food and adding a bit more activity. From now until the end of may is plenty of time for 10 pounds. If it is more a dress size you are after rather then a number on the scale then add strength training. You will get smaller faster that way, but you may not see it as much on the scale. Best of luck.

I've lost 45 lbs (roughly 10 lbs per month) by counting calories and eating no more than 1200 calories per day (and taking a daily multivitamin) as per my doctors advice.
I drink plenty of water (64 oz per day) and I can eat anything I want as long as I don't go over my number of calories per day.
The trouble with 500 calories per day is you can't keep it up.
Your metabolism tanks (your body thinks a famine is going on so it slows down burning calories).
Then when you begin eating normally again the weight comes right back on and continues to do so until your metabolism perks up again.
Losing it slowly and sustainably and learning/keeping healthy eating habits is what will keep the weight off for the long term.
Exercise is great for you in so many ways but for weight loss it doesn't help that much (because it stimulates your appetite and it's way too easy to over compensate with snacks if you are not counting those calories).
I've got a lot more to lose, but I've made a good start!

If you only want to lose 10, I wouldn't do the hcg drops. Cutting out foods with no color and sweets, upping your water intake, and doing a little exercise should take care of 10 lbs by end of May. If your bound and determined to do some type of "diet", try the military diet. It's only three days out of seven and you lose between 5-10 lbs. Its also a very restricted diet (like the hcg), but you only do it for 3 days, not 30! you could also check out spark people, it's a free weight loss site, they have all kinds of diets on there with recipes. good luck!

I did the HCG diet and used drops. I got my drops from a vitamin shop. I wouldn't get them at Walmart. I think you will find a better quality product from a specialty shop. The ones I used (and had good results with) was Anumed Intl. http://www.anumed-intl.com/buy/real-hcg-liquid-drops-with... They may be more expensive but for some things I prefer not to purchase them at Walmart and am ok with paying a little more.
