I have been on it for 2 days. I exercise and eat low fat and have NOT had any of the "Treatment Effects" (uncontrollable pooping) that people talk about. I think that happens because people use it as a green light to eat a bunch of fatty foods. I haven’t lost any weight YET but I am just getting started.

You can get it at Sams Club - 150 capsules for $64.66 !!! Awesome Price and they have a support website complete with advise, blogs and recipes.

Good Luck!

I've heard it was really great, there was a special on the news the other night.

They did say that at first taking it, you may have some incontinence problems, so bring a change of bottoms with youjust in case!

I took it for about a month. First of all I really can't say it worked or not becuase I didn't exercise much and I was eating more thinking it would all come out....But I can tell you what happenned when I took it......Ok I am a small framed and about 10 pounds over weight in my eyes :) but anyways I tried taking 3 a day and had accidents and went to one a day. Everything about what they say is true....It was a expensive laxative for me..I would go to the bathroom everyday with great ease, no pain, no cramps. When I ate greasy foods I would get lots of grease when going to the bathroom. But and a couple of times I didn't even know it was coming out the grease....down my leg. The good thing was that I knew I had to go to the bathroom, but when you gotta go you better get to a bathroom quick. That is when I went to one a day. So I hope that helps. Sugguestion...1. Don't use if you work, if you do start on friday am so you have the weekend for your body to get used to it. 2. always have spare clothes(not just undies). 3. carry parfum..... :)

My 3 year old son and I have some funny stories about Alli and us. He asked me one time when running to Walmarts bathroon what was the orangey stuff on the floor......didn't make it and was in the bathroom for awhile you could imagine. Oh I forgot it I had a lot of gas. Gosh I hope no one knows me out there.....good thing we are all mamas.......good luck all!!!!

Bottom line...... not worth the mess......

I would like to know if anyone tries this too. I heard on the news that it was sold out everywhere within an hour of stocking the shelves.

I've heard it supposed to be really good. I saw it today at Tom Thumb, Walmart, and Walgreens. And the price went up each place... Good Luck.

I haven't taken the pill nor do I know anyone that has but a few things to think about. It causes your body to not absorb fat so the fat passes through your system...if you know what I mean. It is very stinky and uncontrollable. It will also only help you to lose if you do it in conjunction with diet and exercise. It is supposed to help you lose 25% more fat...so for every 4 pounds you lose, you will lose 1 more. Good luck on losing weight if that is your goal, but I question whether or not it is worthwhile to deal with those side effects. For what it's worth, I've seen it at Sam's and Target.

Hi A.,
I have not taken the pill myself but heard on the News about it coming out.
They said if your goal is to lose 30 lbs, the pill will help you to lose only 5 of the 30 lbs so it doesn't really seem worth spending your money on!
Just what I heard but maybe someone who takes the pill may think different.
Take Care!

I work at Kroger Pharmacy and we still have alot left. 60 capsules cost 48.99 and 90 capsules cost 58.99. The generic name is Orlistat and is half the strength of the prescription Xenical (orlistat) 120mg. It can be taken 1 capsule up to 3 times daily and you are supposed to take it with a meal containing fat. The main side effect is fatty stools. So yes, you might want to bring extra underwear if you go places.
