Grooming in Howard Coutny/Anne Arundel Area?

Hi C.! I take our dog Molly, a 55lb. pit, lab mix, to The Paw Spa at the Odenton Veterinary Hospital on Piney Orchard Pkwy. The groomer is Nancy DeBruler and she is by far the best groomer we have ever had the entire 8 years Molly has been getting groomed. I took Molly to PetsMart for years and paid $45+ and was left with disappointing results. I started taking her to The Paw Spa in Oct. and LOVE IT!!! Nancy only charges $35 for Molly, but she has short lab hair. I'm not sure what she would charge for a cut also. But, in the beginning, I was being charged $40 until Nancy saw that I am now a regular every 5 weeks customer! =D The number is ###-###-#### and just tell them you would like a grooming appt.

I go to Muddy Paw Wash in Annapolis. It's a dog wash/coffee shop off Bay Ridge right by the entrance to Quiet waters park. You can bathe your pup yourself or pay a groomer to do it and sit back and enjoy your coffee.

We use Preston's Country Club for Pets to board our dog and have always been happy with her care. They do her nails and bathe her while she is there. I have not used them specifically for grooming, but I can offer a general good recommendation. I do not know their grooming prices.

They are off of route 29 in Howard County.

The Base at Ft. Meade has a pet care center that did a great job on our Sheltie. We did have him going to Petsmart but that was $60 , the base charges only $30 but the downfall is they are not open on the weekends for grooming. So if you can get on base they them.
