I am looking for a photographer that does kids photography at a reasonable cost. I have seen many posts that the min. is $200 or even $150. I am not able to pay that much but would like to have nice shots done for my daughters.
I have used Babies R Us studios before with pretty good success and they are within the range you are looking. If you want something more personalized I think you'll need a private photographer rather than a chain. I know photography by cupcake has days where they don't charge a sitting fee called quick and painless.
I just had my kids done at picture me (walmart) and bought a pretty big package that with tax and all was $116.
