I would suggest checking out the plethora of classes available at the City Of Chandler Parks and Recreation division. It's at the City of Chandler website under the Leisure and Lifestyle tab. Here is a link:

Check out the Break Time catalog!!! They have alot of inexpensive classes for all ages. You can access it online at www.chandleraz.org or you can pick up a copy of the catalog at any of the Chandler libraries.

I would check with your local library. Most library's offer many different classes for free. You can also audit a class at the local college. When you audit a course at the college, you won't receive any credits but the knowledge of the class and it is fairly inexpensive.

She can try Chandler-Gilbert Community college. They also offer non-credit classes which are one flat price for a certain number of meeting times. The city has classes, as well.

Mesa Community College also has a large listing of non-credit courses, in addition to the regular credit hour based courses.
