Good Roofer Needed

are you sure the insurance company is going to send you 100% of the check? when our insurance paid for our roof. they sent most of the money directly to the roofing company and then there was a "depreciation" adjustment that they paid to us -- and we in turn paid to the roofers.
Anyway.... i would check to make sure that the check is made out to you. {The sent the big check to us but made it out to the roofing company that gave them the quote.}
But that may have just been our insurance - USAA.

I have used Local Roofing for at least a decade and I have a lot of rental property, so they have put on quite a few roofs for me and kept their warranties good throughout that time. I feel they are honest and reasonable. Call Rufus the roofer at ###-###-####.

My parents have owned and operated a roofing company for over 25 years. ABCO Roofing is the name of their company. They are located in Burleson, so I am not sure they work up this way, but you could try. 1-800-292-6058. Aside from that I wanted to give you some advice. They should give free estimates, as most companies do. Make sure they have been in business in the area for awhile and are not a traveling crew. Ask them if they have a list of references, whether they guarantee the work, and check to see if they are part of the Better Business Bureau. If your insurance company refers a place, this doesn't mean they are the best, but that they are getting something out of it from the roofing company. This is actually supposed to be against the law. Be careful with going with the lowest bidder. Sometimes companies will try and under bid everyone just to get the work, but will do a lesser job, but the highest price isn't always better either. If you have a steep roof, know that the pricing may be a bit higher because it is harder and more dangerous to work on steep roofs. I just thought I would mention those things.
