My mother lives in Shanghai so I don't know if it would be the same where you are shipping. FedEx and UPS were much more expensive, took longer and ALWAYS got stuck in customs (for weeks). I used the USPS with the EXPRESS delivery (would be overnight here in the US) and it was always there in in four days, less than the guaranteed time, with confirmation and weekend delivery (and this was for dozens of successful packages).

We use FedEx and FedEx Ground with our company. Sometimes we'll ship USPS in a flat rate box.

We do not, however, ship things internationally. We have in the past and both require you to properly fill out forms for customs.

We've never had an issues with FedEx and I tend to stick with them on the majority of our shipments.

Depends on size. I would send documents with FedEx (will be very expensive, but could delivery in 3 days international). Everything else regular USPS (10 business days). Check what is a maximum value will be tax free to send to country. Otherwise receiver will have to pay additional money to the custom. And you could save if you fill and print a label online using usps.com

I would use FedEx, UPS or DHL. The USPS takes forever to get through to other countries. The last company I worked for was international and I was always sending things overseas. Just be sure to fill out ALL the paperwork (you won’t need to for letters or pictures). The country you ship to can hold a package indefinitely in customs if they choose to.
