The Devil in the White City was fantastic, and I'm now reading Dearie: The Remarkable Life of Julia Child, I'm only about 10 percent into it and it's SO interesting and entertaining!

Not a specific book recommendation, but a friend turned me onto goodreads.com. Sort of like social network, but for books. I haven't had a chance to use it much yet, but it seems pretty cool.

I'm listening to Gone With the Wind right now. I've never seen the movie or read the book but I am really enjoying it!

Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time series will always be my favorite (Sci-Fi / Fantasy).

Jude Deveroux, Lisa Kleypas and Catherine Anderson are a few of my "go to" for romance reads.

Divergent and Insurgent by Veronica Roth are pretty good Young Adult books.

I'm currently reading: One Thousand White Women The Journals of May Dodd by Jim Fergus
It's about how the U.S. government traded 1000 women for 100 horses to the Cheyenne people to become their brides. It follows the story of May Dodd and how different the culture is and how the women are adapting.

I have read all of Charlene Harris' Cookie Stackhouse Series (True Blood) and have now moved on to her Harper Connly Series. *Spell check kept changing the spelling on me but this gets you close enough to connley.

I also enjoy all of Lisa Gardner work. I am a suspense/mystery lover.

I'm almost finished with Daughter of China by Xu Meihong..it's a true story of love and betrayal. Read this if you like social history, specifically that of China during the Cultural Revolutionary period.

I'm also reading The Emperor of All Maladies. It is the biography of cancer and won the Pullitzer Prize. Read this if you enjoy medical history in a very digestible format. It's incredibly well written.
