Going to Vegas, What to Do?

My husband and I are leaving for Las Vegas on Sunday morning. I have never been there before and would like to hear about some must see things to see and do. We will be taking our baby with, neither of us are gamblers. I heard years ago, that they have made it very family oriented now, with lots to do. Looking for anything from toddler themed parks to great/reasonable or cheap places to eat. Grandma will be watching the two older kids. Would like to hear everything you know of to do. Thanks.

What can I do next?

Seeing the Bellagio is a must! They also have a butterfly garden and a huge chocolate fountain that your daughter (and you) would enjoy seeing. Their outdoor fountain is amazing too!

I'm so jealous! I lovelovelove Vegas (my hubbie and I actually got married there). I don't gamble and always have a great time on Fremont St. After dark, not sure what time exactly, they have light show on this outdoor awning thing that covers the whole street. It's so neat. There's also a show at Excalibur like at Mideval times if you think your little one would sit through it. We've never done the dam but plan to next time, I'm sure that would be something you could do with your daughter. I agree with asking the front desk at your hotel about family stuff to do. We took our son when he was 4 months old but he pretty much just did anything we did.

get a tour to hoover dam- it great. also can visit cactus gardens & the chocolate factory & sample candy made there.
If you go downtown via city bus you can also find other things to do. check with the front desk AT YOUR HOTEL FOR A LIST OF EVENTS DURING THE TIME YOU ARE THERE. HAVE A GREAT TIME. WISH i were going again

I personally don't beleive Las Vegas will ever be "Family Oriented". There are Hookers on the streets at night and people handing out phamplets for adult entertainment to anyone who will take them.
But if you must bring a child, Mgm has a great animal display, Treasure Island has a pirate show, I think the Venetian has the wax museum, the Bellagio has the water show played to music (awesome). I can't remember what else there is. Go online and check it out, but I don't recommend bringing kids.
