Okay we are going to indianapolis for a convention with our daughter in a week and we were planning on taking her to the zoo the day before the convention but its supposed to be 55 and rainy(60% chance) I was wondering if anyone knew of what else we could do with her that would be fun for her and us even.

What can I do next?

If you have to be inside the Childrens Museum is an amzing place. I enjoyed going before I had kids and now my kids love going there and they are 4 and 2. As far as the weather in Indy don't believe it until it is that day. the weather changes minute by minute :) Good Luck and have fun

The Children's Museum is great! It is really fun, and has ALOT to do. I would almost do that over the zoo, although, the zoo is huge. There is so much for anyone of all ages to do, I love it. I have been going there my whole life and I make sure we go everytime I go home to visit family.

Right up my alley! Definitely Children's Museum... There is also an indoor water park on the northside called Caribbean Cove that has daily rates. On the southside there is a place called Incredible Pizza. It is all indoor and has a kids play area and little rides.
Hope this helps. The mall downtown, Circle Center, is also very nice!

The Children's Museum is a great place for rainy days. Also, there is he Rhythm Discovery Center downtown which is all about drums. Alot of fun. It can fill an hour or so and is right by he downtown mall. My sons enjoy it.

Go to the Indianapolis Childrens Museum. It is very fun and educational. There is an indoor water park attached to a Holiday Inn too. We took our daughters a few years back and we all had a blast. T.

Here is a link.. and it's actually not far from downtown either. Good luck!

The childrens museum is really great. I think it is the biggest in the country. There is an area just for toddlers too. Have fun!

The Indianapolis Children's Museum is AMAZING, and fun for little ones, too! My youngest is two and really enjoyed it - we went last month when my older children were on spring break (we travelled there from Columbus, OH). When we were there they had a very cool Dora exhibit perfect for little ones - it's probably still there. You could check out the website for more info. Most of the exhibits had really fun, interactive exhibits that are tons of fun for toddlers and preschoolers. Good luck!
