My daughter is turning 1 in a couple weeks. We are using the new Tangled movie as the theme. I have 2 boys so I am used to trucks and sports stuff lol.
Anyway, she already has a few baby dolls, and stuffed animals, her blankie, a pillow pet, ball popper, laugh and learn table, etc... So, I am just not really sure what else to get her... All the stuff listed above is all stuff from Christmas. I found a little disney rocking horse that I want to get her, but thats about it.
So, any of you moms out there that have little girls, please give me a few ideas about good bday gifts for her. She is walking, so I was also thinking about getting her a stroller for her baby dolls...
Thanks :)

What can I do next?

She will love a doll stroller, just get the thick fisher price one and not a cheap umbrella one. She'll break it in a day. Mine did anyway, lol.
A shopping cart is and has been one of of my 3 year old's fav. toys since about 10 months old. We just bought a new one since she wore the other one out! They sell them in girlie colors now too. :)

Both of my girls got "little Mommy" dolls at their 1st b-day (made by Fisher Price) and those dolls have been loved for years. Kids that age also love to push strollers, so that's a great idea. Another great gift for a 1 year old is a growth chart if she doesn't already have one. They have really cute ones at the Land of Nod.

She will get so many presents for her b-day so unless you know of something really special, why buy her more than 1 present, if anything at all? At 1, she probably plays with everything for a short period of time, including her brother's toys.

For my daughters first birthday, I bought her 2 outfits and a savings bond. She got spoiled for her first birthday!! I didn't have to buy her any clothes for the summer. She got a boat load of toys too, I guess thats what happens when 60 people showed up lol.

So until she knows what her birthday and Christmas is (and whose buying her what), I will just continue to buy her 2 outfits and a savings bond. Which I don't think will happen until shes about 5. Because I really don't think she cares who got her what, just as long as she got what she got.

Are you having a big birthday party for her? Who is all going to get her stuff, that also could sway your decision on what to get her.

We don't buy our kids birthday presents as they already get SO many...... So don't feel like you have to get her something!

BUT, if you are going to. Does she have a cozy coupe??? That is a GREAT toy for any kid to have.

I too have a 1yr old. She loves books especially "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom" and "The Foot Book". But she also likes the table and chairs made just for her ( the table top is also a chalkboard), and her shape sorting ball. Her favorite thing of all is the blankets she's had since day one..she throws them over her head and runs all over the house wanting me to just peek under em to find her.
