Gener of Baby

A few people have mentioned there is a product on the market, (sounds similar to a pregnancy test), that is supposed to tell you the gender of you baby prior to the 20 week ultrasound.

I wouldn't paint the babies room pink based on its results; but might be fun to try.

Does anyone know what it is called/where you can get it?

What can I do next?

You can save yourself some money and look up on the Chinese gender calendar just search it on the internet, make sure that you get a sight that will take into account your "lunar" age because that is what it is based on. our ultra sound tech said it has never been wrong in the 25 years she has been doing ultrasounds.

Those tests are a total scam. There is no way to tell the gender of your baby based on urine. The test changes color based on the Ph of your urine, so depending on what you eat, you'll get a different result. Don't waste your money.

Walgreen's carries them. I have seen them in the ads and I think they run about $30. I thought about trying one, before my ultrasound, but money was too tight to blow the money. Good luck!

I ussed it... I'm 18 weeks pregnant. It indicated girl and I had an ultrasound at 16 weeks that showed I'm having a boy. I wouldn't waste my money. Speculating on all the wives tales is more fun and free! LOL!

It is intelligender, it was right for me. I know another person that used it but I don't know what their results were. It is about $30 at Walgreens, but it was kind of fun.

C.,

One product out there is called Intelligender. http://www.intelligender.com/ I only know two people who have used it. Once it was wrong and the other time the results were inconclusive. I wouldn't waste my money. When I used to work outside the home, the people in our office did the "Drano" test. (Your pee mixed with Drano is supposed to turn different colors to determine a boy or girl.) It was accurate about 50% of the time which isn't impressive considering you have a 50/50 chance of being right no matter how you guess.

Good luck,
S.
