Hi C.,

If you want to email or call me with some search criteria I will set you up to receive daily emails of any new listing that is a short sale or foreclosure. In addition, I can share with you on a monthly basis the homes that are on the foreclosure list for the coming month.

I welcome an opportunity to help you.

Best Wishes,

We used Sherry for our realtor and have been in our home over 1 year now. She was very knowledgeable!

The problem with any of the "free" sites is either the data is incorrect, or the big boys who actually bid on properties at the courthouse steps already know about everything before you. I've seen "investors" make some really unfortunate errors based on not having all of the data needed to make an informed decision and be stuck with a real problem.

What are you trying to accomplish? We specialize in pre-foreclosure Short Sales and other distress quick sales and would be happy to send you a free list of our listed properties and notifications about upcoming listings.

I am a licensed realtor and I can help if you need it. I, myself, have always found constant emails from realtors as spam and have almost always deleted after a while. You can go to www.southwestalliance.com and search for HUD homes. As for "short sales" you will need a realtor in order to get access to MLS. If you want to contact me any time to discuss, please feel free to via email or phone. I know from past experience that realtors can sometimes come across like car salesman where when you go in, you don't want to give them your real number only because you are just looking, but the one time that you do, they call over and over and over again. I am not that way :)
