I am so not a fashion-forward person. I'm pretty fashion backward. I am attending a wedding in April. I bought a dress and it's teal, white, navy leopard spot pattern from Kohl's. I'll post the link in SWH.

Thank you so much for your input everyone! I'm not daring enough to wear yellow, but I did find a pair of peep toe pumps (with cutouts by the heel) at Stein Mart that are comfortable and have a good heel. They come in midnight blue or light beige. Either color will do and I can wear them again.
First I said black then I realized it was Navy. I would actually go with metallics. Like a silver or pewter strappy sandal.
I love this dress! I love Momma L's idea of using yellow as an accent color. Yellow is THE color right now. The peep-toed pumps she posted are PERFECT for the dress style that you chose. I'm sure you could find a chunky necklace at Kohl's too.

Cute dress! I'd go with either beige or black. I just bought some adorable wedge heels that are beige and cork like on the wedge, and black straps. Something like that would be perfect too.
I LOVE to toss mettalics into the mix on this one - I think a Pewter with a blue base/tinge in it would be PERFECT!!!

I also think that you either need to do short and chunky necklace or LONG and thin necklace and layer the long and thin with about 3 to show off the draping of the dress.
I would go with a pearlescent clutch with a small detail on it.
Very nice simple dress. I say, you are fashion forward. I would do metallic shoes, they just go with everything. I personally would wear my bright color platform pumps and color coordinated stones to shoes chandelier earrings.

super cute dress. Anything neutral would be good. But if you want to be daring I'd do the yellow. It would be hot!
A pair of silver strappy sandals will look fabulous with this dress and with other things as well! Good pick -it's a great dress! Oh - treat yourself to a mani pedi before the wedding - there are some gorgeous, classy looking shades of teal nail polish out there!
Nude, white or black would look classic. Even yellow or teal would look great. Yellow shoes with a yellow chunky bead necklace would be very fashion forward.
