Faye Elahi is a good nutrionist who deals with children and allergies,etc.I think her email is ____@____.com is in Plano.
Sharon Krahn is a traditional naturopath who works with food allergies and eczema. SHe has her doctorate in naturopathy, but because of Texas law, cannot call herself a "doctor." She is in Dallas however, not sure how you feel about that with gas as high as it is.
