Fiesty Competitive Mommies

My best advice is to totally ignore them. A person like that is not worth your time. My son is a late talker, and I had friends that would comment about it. I simply said when he is ready he'll talk, or he has nothing to say. Basicly these people are not worth your time. Every one is proud of their kids, no matter how small the accomplishment. I get the "Your still nursing?" a lot. Fact is they are your kids and no ones elses business

Just ignore them. Seriously, I will always be friendly to anyone I come in contact with, but if someone will just talk about how much better their child is, I just distance myself. You can't be friends with all moms, but you can be an acquaintance.

I realy don't have much help in this area. Most of the mommies that i come across are ones just like me. Or if there nose is that far up in the sky then they don;t talk to me. When most mom's do that, then they need to get a life. They are missing something in theirs and want to bring you done, so that it will make them feel better. Just remember that you are yourself and you little one is growing just at the right way. If they need to bring someone else down to make themself feel better. Not worth the time or energy.

A True mommy is one that is their to help other mommies and listen and share stories without comparing children. Best of luck.
