N.,
Irealize financially it would be tremendous to try un-doing what's been done. However you might consider all the women and girls in the exact opposite situation...PREGNANT and don't want another. Adoption would be one option, ya know, the important thing in parenting is not getting pregnant or carrying a child, but the two of you together raising and nurturing a child together as your own. Coming from a family of adoption situations I can say first hand its MORE rewarding simply because its not simple. Besides, what a test of commitment I think. Just a thought...and there really is enough babies in this world already that need you!!
God Bless you and your family.

I had my tubes cut 10 years ago after a near death delivery. I never thought I would meet a man and want another child with. Iv'e been to a few Doctors who specialize in tubal reversal and invitro. They said tubal reversal doesn't always work the longer and the older you are the harder it is. The cost for reversal is about $6,500 US dollars. If you want to go through invitro in the United States it starts at around $16,000.00 and up and its not garanted. If you go out side of the US it's around $8,000 plus whater travel you decide. Good luck

Dear N.,

Well, for one thing, you can enjoy your wonderful husband, they are rarer than you realize. Secondly, two boys with ADHD is a big job, and you will need his help deciding how to manage their (the boys) lives. My grandson has it too, and you just have to pay a lot more attention to children with that condition.

I do not know one single thing about tubal ligation, but I do know that there are a lot of children that need a good home, maybe you could adopt and little girl, doesn't that sound the sweetest?

My suggestion is that you do a lot of thinking about this new baby idea, and pray. The right solution will come to you, remember to keep your husband's side of the story in your mind and solve this together - a lot of times when my husband and I disagree and something needs to be done about whatever it is. I tell him that we need to talk about it and tell each other our views of the situation, then I say to him, after all of that, if you still disagree with me, then I will respect your way of solving it. ....and I do, it is hard to shut up, but I do it. So peace and happiness to you all. Sincerely, C. N.

Unfortunately, no matter what path you choose to have more children, it's going to cost some money:

1) Tubal reversal
2) IVF
3) Adoption
4) Surrogacy

You and your fiance need to figure out what money, if any, you have to spend and what options you're willing to pursue to add to your family. Please keep in mind that while it is possible, a cut and burn tubal is one of the hardest to reverse. If you aren't ovulating, that will factor in to your decision as well.

Good luck with whatever path you choose!

Sorry I don't mean to be so harsh about this but have you thought that maybe it wasn't meant to be? Maybe you should get s surrogate involved or possibly adopt! I personally think you have your hands full already! I have a child with ADHD plus 2 other children. Personally, that's enough! I would thank god for what you have and enjoy you time with your new man!
