Does anyone has had any experience with Tim at Expert Pools? We need to re-plaster our pool and he seems to be the most economical one. If you have any recommendations for a replaster company that is well price and reliable, we would appreciate it. Thank you for your responses.

We used them when we had our pool redone and I was not completely satisfied. We went with a colored plaster and had a lot of cracking where our steps are - and we got a few different stories about it. At first he said it was normal - I checked around and no one else I know with the colored plaster had these issues. Then he said it must have taken too long for the pool to fill up after they did the plaster - well he knew how big our pool was - either he could have hosed it down or told us to do it. He was in our yard every day for 2 weeks brushing it down and was great about that. If you're going with the basic white it probably won't be an issue and I would think he'd be fine for that - but I wouldn't recommend them for the colored plaster. We used The Crack Doctor (thecrackdoctor.com) and had a wonderful experience with them. They showed up when they said they'd be there, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job.
